Little Forest Feet
Our Ethos

We are advocates for the importance of play and child led learning; fostering imagination, creativity, use of real life tools, music, storytelling- all in the great outdoors, whatever the weather.
We want to create a space that welcomes all parents/carers and children, where they can connect with nature, themselves and others and come away feeling fulfilled, nourished and supported. A sense of belonging.
We are committed to developing the nature site, hoping to create a beautiful wild woodland full of diversity, at the same time hoping to create a community of families wanting to become just a little bit wilder themselves...

The children learn how to use tools, learn about nature and craft, observe and interact with the wild and wonderful site, have campfires and most importantly lots of play! We also come together during the sessions for seasonal stories and singing.
Families attend for the whole term which fosters really beautiful relationships and a strong sense of community.

Little Bush Folk
We would love to gather a group of likeminded families to go on bush walks on Mondays.
There is no cost, just a group of likeminded adults, getting together in nature with their children (aged birth to 6 years). Connecting, playing and feeling all the benefits from being in nature.
The children lead the walk, spotting flora and fauna, creating magic and playing... with of course some singing along the way too. Register your interest below and we will be in touch if these sessions start up again.

Wow what an incredible playgroup! The activities, crafts and play opportunities result in endless joy. My little 2yr old has so much fun with the other kiddies and it’s the highlight of his week. My 4 month old also enjoys being out in the calming nature. As a mother I leave feeling inspired and uplifted. Sian, the facilitator has an amazing ability to teach and nurture- thank you!'

What a fabulous couple of days my little person has had at forest school this week. I was nervous about her settling into a new setting and group of children, Sian totally put my mind at rest and made sure a fun time was had by all. My daughter is already asking to go back....so we will be seeing you soon! xx'

I took my 10 week old to Little Forest Feet and was blown away by the setting. Sian and her husband Adam have created an amazing environment with endless provocations for toddlers and preschool children where they can explore and take risks. My little one enjoyed being outdoors, laying on a mat while looking up at the trees and taking everything in. He ended up sleeping for most of the session which gave me chance to chat to other parents! The session ended with singing, story time and a lovely morning tea. Little Forest Feet is a very special place and I would 100% recommend it
